Austria 1000L brewery

GALLIEN, Located in beautiful country Austria.
Firstly we met at Nuremberg Fair, Germany in 2018. And we discussed a lot about brewery.
Finally he talked his planing and build brewery for his restaurant.

After 2 years discussing, finally they booked 1000L in 2020.
Main equipment list is as follows:
1.Brewhosue:
1000 lt Steam heating, 3 vessel brewhouse ( M, L, BW) with steam condenser.
Note: In order to save the installation at local, so they choosed 3 vessel brewhouse standing in a whole frame.
1 x 2000 lt HLT
Platform, pump, wort cooler, pipes and necessary system.
2.Fermentation system:
2 x 500lt unitanks
6 x 1000lt unitanks
1 x 2000lt unitanks
All hose, fittings, stainless T pieces, sight glass, volumetric meters etc.
3.Brewery CIP unit:
100lt CIP
4. Brewery Cooling unit
Glycol chiller unit
5.Control systsem
1.PLC Siemens control panel and platform
2.Digital control system for fermenters.
6.Keg filler&cleaner

Then this set of 1000L brewery will delivery smoothly at the middle of March.
